RETURNS:
Wholesale orders are non-refundable. Exceptions are only made if the item is damaged or was not received.
LOST, DAMAGED AND/OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Claims for lost, damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to your Stretch Is Comfort customer service rep within two business days of the receiving the merchandise. We must also receive a FAX or E-MAIL containing the list of the damaged, defective or missing item numbers, their corresponding quantities and a brief explanation. The written list must be submitted within one week of receipt of the merchandise for US shipments and two weeks of receipt of the merchandise for International shipments. In short, US customers have a total of 2 days to report and 7 days to submit full detailed claim, while international customers have 2 days to report and 14 days to submit full detailed claim.. Stretch Is Comfort may refer your claim to the freight company after reviewing it.
